Daily Deal: Sweet Magic Instant Mix @ Just Rs.45 Only

Vermicelli Payasam Mix:
Ingredients: Sugar, Skimmed milk powder, Vermicelli, Hydrogenated vegetable oil, Raisins, Cashew nut, Edible starch and Cardamom.
Cooking Direction: Boil 600ml of water in a thick bottom vessel. Add 200g of Sweet Magic Vermicelli  Payasam mix to the boiling water and cook for 10 minutes. Keep stirring continuously. The payasam is ready to serve.

Badam Milk Mix:
Ingredients: Sugar(87%), Almond, Edible starch and Cardamom. Contains permitted synthetic food coloures and added artificial flavor (Almond & Cardamom).
Cooking Direction: With this 200g pack of Sweet Magic Badam milk mix you can make 3 liters of badam milk/ drink. All you have to do is to add tea-spoon full of Sweet magic badam milk mix to a cup of hot milk. Stir well and add sugar, if required. The drink can be served hot or cold depending on the choice.

Gulab Jamun Mix:
Ingredients: Reined wheat flour(Maida), Skimmed milk powder, Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil, sodium bicarbonate (500), Citric acid(330), Magic acid(296), Cardamom and Vanilla flavor.
Cooking Direction:  Just add 80 – 100 ml of milk or water to the content of the 200g Sweet Magic gulab jamun mix. Now mix gently in such a way that no lump is formed. Keep the whole thing a side for a few minutes. Make small round ball and get them fried in moderately hot ghee or dalda or oil till those jamuns turn into golden brown color. Soak all the fried jamuns in already prepared hot sugar syrup and serve after 10-15 minutes.
Sugar syrup: Dissolve 750g of sugar in 750 ml of water and boil for 5 min.
